The parent(s)/legal guardian(s) may get refund deposit only due to withdrawal of his/her child from the school by giving a notice of withdrawal at least four (4) months to the school.
The parent(s)/legal guardian(s) may also get refund deposit if his/her child has completed the school program. E.g., complete program of Primary (year 6) and program secondary (year 11)
The deposit will only be refunded by the school upon fulfilment of the following conditions:
All monies refundable shall be refunded free of interest and will be issued in cheque within two (2) months from the student’s official last day of school provided that all the terms and conditions pertaining to the refund have been complied with.
Shall students wish to withdraw earlier after school term start or without 4 months’ notice, all School Fee such Registration Fee, Tuition Fee, Supplementary Fee & Lab Fee that have been paid are non- refundable.
