Please note that the data you provide to the payment gateway ("iPay88") is governed by iPay88 (M) Sdn Bhd https://www.ipay88.com/privacy-policy/, which contains policy intended specifically for using the payment services.

DATA COLLECTION

We collect or obtain data relating to you in a variety of ways, as described below. Such data may include personal data, i.e., information that alone or in combination with other information identifies you as an individual or can be reasonably linked to your identity.

Data You Provide: The Site acquired basic data ONCE from the School Information System to feed the Payment Gateway. Update is done to the billing section containing your children’s invoices on a termly basis. When you update parent information via this Site the information is only updated in this Site here. Should you require an update to you or your child’s data, please contact [email protected].

This Site does not seek data that may be considered “special” or “sensitive” personal data (e.g., government-issued identification numbers or information related to an individual’s racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or other beliefs, health, criminal background, or trade union membership) from visitors of this Site, and we ask that you do not provide such data. If we specifically require “special” or “sensitive” personal data in connection with one or more of the uses described below, we will request your consent to use the data in accordance with this Privacy Statement and/or in the ways described at the point where you were asked to disclose the data.

Data Collected from your Use of this Site: We may collect certain data about the computer or device you are using when you visit this Site, including: your Internet Protocol (IP) address; information about the browser or type of device you are using; data collected through cookies, pixel tags, and other similar technologies (as described below in the “Cookies and Other Internet Technologies” section). Once you have proceeded to continue with the payment - the date, time and transaction status, will be recorded as returned information from the payment services regardless of the payment status. We do not collect data about the content you view on this Site, like the type and name of the content and the time viewed.

This Site does not contain content and plugins from social media platforms, like Facebook (“Like” button), Twitter (“Share to Twitter”), Linkedin, and others. No such plugins are provided to allow you to share information from this Site to your timeline or account. We strictly prohibit any connection from this Site to any of the social media platforms.
